Davido reacts as Nicki Minaj congratulates him and Chioma on their wedding (Video)
Award-winning Afrobeat singer Davido has been left excited after American rapper and collaborator Nicki Minaj celebrated him and his wife, Chioma following their wedding.
Kemi Filani reported on Tuesday, June 25th that social media was agog as Davido walked down the aisle with the love of his life and mother of his three kids, Chioma Adeleke.
While performing on her Pink Friday 2 Tour in Gag City, Portugal, the American rapper shouted out the couple, congratulating them on their union. In the clip, Nicki was performing in stage, when she took a pause to confirm if Davido got married from the crowd and went on to congratulate the couple.
To celebrate them, Nicki Minaj asked the DJ to play ‘Holy Ground’, a song Davido featured her on his Good Time album.
“Hold on, did Davido get married? Congratulations to Davido and Chioma. So I was ahead of my time, when I wrote this verse. Play it again”.
His fans took to his comment section to hype him.

He stated that the assurance of their love story was heartening as he expressed how happy he was to celebrate the joyous occasion with them and prayed for them.
Media mogul and Ovation TV boss Dele Momodu congratulated his wedding to his heartthrob, Chioma. He shared a photo of the couple alongside a heartfelt message, stating that on behalf of his family, he sent his heartiest congratulations to the couple and prayed for them.
The wedding of Davido and Chioma would undoubtedly go down in history as one of the most talked about weddings in Africa, as the singer shut down the whole of Lagos
