Prayers rain as Basketmouth emotionally sees his teenage son off to college

Famous Nigerian comedian Bright Okpocha, better known by his stage name, Basketmouth has shared the emotional moment he saw his first son, Jason Okpocha, off to college in the United Kingdom.

The father of four shared a video on his Instagram page where he bade farewell to his son.

He captured the moment they boarded the flight, registered in his hostel and the emotional hug between father and son.

Sharing the video, Basketmouth confirmed that he shed tears because he will miss his son and the cost of the institution was high.

“My boy is off to college…I’m not crying

My brother, I cry oh!! Not just because I will miss him. £ use naira blow my left eye.”

His colleagues as well as friends took to his comment section to shower the young boy with prayers for guidance and success.

The father of four declared the day as a public holiday for his son who is a king. He also noted that his first son is his everything.
