“I’m learning to accept my vulnerabilities” – Busola Dakolo reflects on herself as she clocks 40

hePhotographer and singer Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola Dakolo has reflected on herself as she clocks 40 today, the red of October 2024.

The beautiful mother of three shared a heartwarming video of herself on Instagram beautifully decked for her birthday shoot.

Sharing the video in her page, Dakolo spoke on what she has learned in her forty years of revolving round the sun.

According to, she learnt that true strength lies in accepting herself the way she is which include her flaws, dreams and everything.

Busola Dakolo also shared how she found her strength after she learnt to accept her vulnerability. She went on to express gratitude for the ups and downs, love and lessons so far.

While urging everyone to pray for her, Busola declared that her fourth level will yield good things for her.

“It’s my birthday.

40 years around the sun, and I’ve learned that true strength lies in accepting who you are; the flaws, dreams, and everything in between.

I’m learning to accept my vulnerabilities, and in doing that, I’ve found my strength. Today, I’m just grateful. Grateful for the ups and downs, the love and the lessons, and for the courage to keep being myself.

Like the song says “voila”, here I am. I’m imperfect, but authentic. I’m brave enough to be seen, and strong enough to keep evolving. Thanks for being part of my journey.

Recall that in 2023, Busola Dakolo bagged a new feather to her academic career. She bagged a Master’s Degree in International Business in the United Kingdom.

While basking in the euphoria of her success, she appreciated everyone for the congratulatory messages, revealing how happy she was to celebrate her special moment with her loved ones.

Busola Dakolo beautifully appreciated her husband for his support throughout her studies. She urged her fans to appreciate her husband on her behalf whenever they spot him.
