May Edochie, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has sent a message to her husband’s late colleague, Junior Pope’s wife, Jennifer.

Taking to her Instagram page, she noted how today would have marked the 10th wedding anniversary of the couple. According to her, today would have been a celebration, a splash of dope images and many things to mark the decade.

Urging Jennifer to stay strong, she assured her that the Lord God would take charge of her and always be there for her.

It would have been a lot of things to mark a decade!

May Edochie consoles Junior Pope's wife on 10th anniversary

Refreshing your memory, Junior Pope lost his life after drowning at Anam River in Anambra State while returning from a movie set on April 8th. The actor was laid to rest amidst tears in his hometown in Ukehe, Enugu State, in May, with the likes of Destiny Etiko, KCee, E-Money, Zubby Michael, Benson Okonkwo, Chinwe Owoh, Rita Edochie, Uche Nnanna, Queen Wokoma, Ruby Ojiakor and more in attendance.

Since his death, May has been showing support to his widow wife. Recall that following the burial of the late actor in May; May Edochie shared photos of her condolence visit to his widow as she sent encouraging words to her and expressed hope that someday, Jennifer would have reasons to smile again.

On his posthumous birthday also in May, May shared his last messages as she penned an emotional note to his wife. She noted how posthumous birthdays could refresh all the sad memories. However, she admonished her to see it as his heavenly birthday. She went on to describe his death as agonising as she threw several questions at him.
