On-air personality Toke Makinwa shared a brief word of encouragement recently on her Instagram stories, and it was a mode of encouraging others, with relation to Christianity.

Toke Makinwa has been sharing glimpses into her religious life recently, and although she doesn’t do it frequently, it is still worthy of note.

Time has proven that Toke Makinwa is very expressive and outspoken on social media, which has put her in trouble sometimes.

The most recent incident occurred about a week ago, when she spoke up about the looting that allegedly occurred during the endbadgovernance protest.

Toke Makinwa faced a lot of backlash for speaking up against the looting, and she didn’t back down, even when she was being called names, as she clapped back at trolls.

Regardless of any negativity she may have faced on social media, Toke Makinwa still seems to be thriving online.

Frequently hanging out at top places, with celebrity friends like Tiwa Sav*ge, who she has been friends with for years.

On the matter of Toke’s friendship with Tiwa, it hasn’t been an entirely smooth ride for both women, because at some point, they had a huge rift, which made them not to speak to each other for a few years.

Their public comeback was only a few months ago, as they posted each other on social media while hanging out, and followed each other’s individual account on Instagram.
