Arsenal vs Liverpool: Starting XIs for FA Cup clash confirmed

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta makes three changes to the side who lost against Fulham last Sunday.

Aaron Ramsdale makes a rare start in goal in place of David Raya.

Kai Havertz leads the line while Eddie Nketiah drops to the bench. Jorginho comes in for Gabriel Martinelli.

Gabriel Jesus misses out with a knee injury.

Arsenal XI: Ramsdale, Kiwior, Gabriel, Saliba, White, Jorginho, Rice, Odegaard, Nelson, Havertz, Saka.

Subs: Raya, Soares, Walters, Sousa, Smith Rowe, Nwaneri, Trossard, Nketiah.

Meanwhile, Liverpool make four alterations to the starting XI that beat Newcastle on New Year’s Day.

Jarell Quansah starts in central defence in place of Virgil Van Dijk who is absent from the Liverpool squad.

The Reds are without Mohamed Salah and Wataru Endo who are competing for Egypt and Japan at the Africa Cup of Nations and Asian Cup respectively. Cody Gakpo and Harvey Elliot come into the side.

Dominik Szoboszlai misses out due to a hamstring injury and is replaced by Alexis Mac Allister.
