EPL: Onana reveals Man Utd players’ stance on Ten Hag

Andre Onana has insisted that the Manchester United squad are “100 per cent” behind Erik ten Hag.

The Cameroon goalkeeper has said the Premier League club made the “right decision” to keep him on.

United stuck with Ten Hag and gave him a new two-year contract despite finishing eighth last season, with the FA Cup final victory over Manchester City enough for the Spaniard to keep his job.

“I’m not the one who decides if the manager stays or not,” Onana told Sky Sports News.

“Obviously we had a difficult season with Erik last season but we ended very good, so the club made the right decision.

“For me as a player, and on behalf of all of us, we follow him and the instructions of the manager. We are with him, 100 per cent, and it changes with the new goalkeeper coach. It is very positive.”
